Method of Payment
Payment needs to be made using either MasterCard, Visa, Eurocard, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Visa Purchasing, Solo, Switch, JCB.
Payments are made via the WorldPay system. The reason that we decided to use WorldPay is because of the high levels of security and assurance that it offers you the consumer.

At the point you are required to enter your credit card details, you are transferred to a secure WorldPay server that uses advanced encryption techniques when you submit your credit card details we do not receive details of your credit card, only confirmation that you have paid just prior to confirming your purchase you can choose to make payment in one of five currencies and know that this is the exact amount that your account will be debited
Refund Policy
At www.FishingBig.com we are committed to giving you the best possible products, prices and service. Should any product purchased from www.FishingBig.com be found to be faulty, damaged in transit, or differing from the description given at the www.FishingBig.com website then we will be pleased to arrange to either refund or replace the product at the discretion of the customer. All returns must be notified to www.FishingBig.com within 14 days of delivery of the product.
In the event of a customer purchasing an item from www.FishingBig.com mistakenly and through no fault of www.FishingBig.com, we will be pleased to replace or refund the item provided that the original item is returned to www.FishingBig.com unused and in saleable condition. In cases where the customer is either unable or unwilling to arrange return carriage after mistakenly purchasing a product, www.FishingBig.com reserves the right to charge an uplift fee to cover the cost of employing a courier company to collect the item from the customer. In cases where an entire order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward carriage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Cancellations
After your order has been confirmed by us you have the right to cancel the order for up to seven working days of receipt of the goods. To cancel your order you need to send a written cancellation request by post to:-

Recipients of any delivery are entitled to a replacement if goods arrive damaged. If a refund is required and the order has not been shipped the order will be cancelled and the purchaser refunded.
Unwanted goods must be returned by the Purchaser at their expense before any refund can be given. No refunds will be given until goods have been received by FishingBig. Goods should be returned to us at the above address.
Unwanted goods are applicable to a small adminisatration fee of upto 4% of the order value this charge is due to the transaction cost of your order.
