Chub - Rapid XS Two Man Dome

Rapid XS Domes operate around a central hub system which has five poles that feature a quick locking hinge system, once the main knuckle is locked in position the second hinge locates automatically into place. The 4oz polyester tape sealed fly sheet is manufactured from PU coated synthetic Weatherweave fabric which achieves a hydrostatic head of over 3500mm. Twinskin construction dramatically reduces condensation which improves insulation. Ventilation is provided and protected through a Weatherweave top cap. The inner tent has a built-in groundsheet and zip-up double doors with Bug-out mosquito mesh. The front porch area has a zipped, roll-up door with large PVC window and a removable groundsheet is also provided. This attaches by Velcro and is easily removed for cleaning. Solid fibreglass poles and glass reinforced nylon knuckles give strength, reliability and flexibility and the domes have been wind tunnel tested for stability in extreme conditions. Supplied in a compact zip-up carrybag with guy ropes and pegs for added stability in adverse conditions.
