Fishing DVD - Redmire Forever

Since the dawn of carp fishing itself, Redmire Pool has stirred emotion and respect amongst carp anglers in much the same way as Wembley Stadium does among footballers. To ?play' on the Redmire ?turf' and fish for its wily inhabitants is surely one of carp fishing's greatest honours. It was from these hallowed banks that the pioneers of our sport turned mythical monsters into legendary captures. From these early days, the intense atmosphere that engulfs this tranquil pool has inspired and excited all of those who have walked these historic and famous banks. The footage in this video follows the fortunes of myself and friends over two Redmire sessions and includes captures of the oldest known carp in living memory and the third biggest common ever to swim in this famous pool. As the story unfolds, we show some of the unusual and unorthodox tactics required to out-wit some of the wariest carp that inhabit this ?land that time forgot'.
