Small Water Fisheries DVD In the height of summer, early morning and late evening is the best time on th Small Water Fisheries unless you turn your attention and attempt to catch some of the Cyprinids. In this programme Gwilym Hughes takes you to Dearnford Hall Trout Fishery and then onto Chirk Trout Fishery for some action on the `Bloodworm` and a very tiny Shuttlecock pattern. The Carp and Tench although active on the surface at Dearnford proved a hard quarry to conquer but Rainbow Trout, Golden Rudd and Rudd, obliged, also the aquatic richness of the water with Karl Humphries the fisheries manager. Tiger Trout and Brown Trout came to the dry Shuttlecock at Chirk Trout Fishery. An insight into the tying of the Bloodworm and Shuttlecock used by Gwilym, makes for varied and interesting viewing.
