Fishing DVD - Match Winning The Team Approach

Tom Pickering is one of England's top anglers. He became World Individual Champion in 1989 and a member of the England team winning no less than three team golds. He fishes for the famous Barnsley & District team that won the Div. 1 National Championship on the Stainforth & Keadby Canal and New Junction Canal. This video is about that canal system. Although there are lots of ways of fishing the canal, Tom has broken this down to two ways, Team Fishing and Individual Fishing. Team fishing is about making sure you get your section points so he demonstrates a method that will guarantee a weight between two and four pounds. Individual Fishing is about winning the match when he 'attacks' more but risks catching nothing; in team match, that's no good, so in this video it's about team fishing and getting your points. Squatt fishing, chopped worm fishing and fishing for eel with big maggot, is the order of the day.
